While attending a start-up meeting in The Hague/The Netherlands earlier this month (April 2022) for an Impunity Watch’s new project (Meaningful victim participation in justice and accountability processes: A bottom-up gender-based approach to localise SDG16+), I got an opportunity to visit the Scheveningen Beach on the shores of North Sea. Being there for the first time, on a windy evening, was quite an awesome experience.
On my way back I stopped in Brussels/Belgium for some networking meetings. I met some new people and reconnected with some familiar people.
